2. Structure and Operating Principle
The 2-axis screw pump is designed to rotate without a sound and a suitable distance is fixed between the parts, so during operation there is no friction and no metal dust or rubber chips. The pump operates on the principle that the fluid is pushed into the pump chamber, the pump shaft rotates evenly in the pump chamber, creating a cavity for the fluid to go out. When the active screw rotates, the passive screw rotates to create a closed space containing the fluid and leading the fluid from the suction chamber to the discharge chamber. Inside the closed chamber, no cutting or deformation occurs. Additionally, the fluid is transported continuously out of the pump without loss of flavor and texture.
